Refund and Returns Policy
We will gladly accept the return/exchange of our puppy(ies) within 03 months from the date of purchase assuming the puppy did not meet your specifications. Note that return shipping charges are not included in the credit and it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping. Returns/exchanges of our dogs may take up to 3 days for processing and credit may be issued on account.
Eligibility for Returns
You will be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the following conditions:
If you must have sent us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving. While we maintain good health conditions and vaccinate your puppy till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper maintainance and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the puppy.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned puppy, we will inspect it to verify its condition. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after the returned puppy is received and inspected.
